Vic finds himself a valuable commodity to both sides of the Mexican-Armenian gang war which is heating up. The Strike Team must free the kidnapped daughter of a drug kingpin without tipping off the fact that Agent Olivia Murray is following him. Meanwhile, serial killer Kleavon Gardner, who will be defending himself at his trial, hits a nerve when he disposes Claudette. Also, Dutch continues to try and prove that teenager Lloyd, is a possible serial killer. Olivia and the Strike Team join together in an attempt to bring down a Mexican kingpin and his shipment. Meanwhile, Billing's mess is cleaned up by Dutch, and Claudette investigates when a woman is found dead who was associated with the Strike Team.
